Having been treated for three months, I encountered the utmost in professionalism, compassion, and effective treatment. I would encourage anyone to visit this office for superior treatment.
I have seen Duke Ballard on an off for a couple of years. Just found out he is a PA, and I have never been examined by an actual dermatologist. No one at this office ever corrected me when I referred to Mr. Ballard as "Dr.". Some visits he's friendly enough. Other visits he's rude, angry and accusatory. If you aren't healing the way he thinks you should it's because of something you have or have not done. Twice I've seen him berate his staff in front of me and other patients. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. The straw that broke the camel's back came when I made a $100 payment on my bill. It wasn't subtracted from my balance because the person who posted my payment claimed to have found a balance from 2015 that should have been charged to me but had been placed in the "wrong column". Yes, a 2 year old charge for exactly the $100 I had just paid. Needless to say, I won't be back.
