I live 10 minutes away from the Gamestop in Kimball TN, and I will now either shop or online or drive the 40 or so minutes it takes me to get to the mall in Chattanooga. There are MAYBE two guys that work there that are cool and very helpful. The others ones make me want to slap them in the face. I took a stack of video games in there to trade in and I had to continuously hear one of the guys opinions on my gaming preferences, I don't remember his name but he has a beard. The other guy, skinny, gangly looking guy just acts like he doesn't care at all. I went to pick up a game that was suppose to be released today and I was told that it has now been pushed back a month (I preodered the game a day ago, it would have been nice if I was told this so I didn't waste my time) on telling the guy this he just states "It's not my problem". The guy with the beard has numerous occasions been rude to my wife when she would shop alone in the store, or has purposely given her wrong information.
Always have great service there! Always helpful with anything people need! They will always have me as a customer!
I suggest the management do something, that is if they care at all on there customers experience in the store.

I would name names, but I don't have recent receipts in front of me to provide them to you (or to the management, which hopefully they read this.) I have been all over and visit MANY other Gamestop's and this one is by far the worse to shop at. Like I said, I will be going elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.
I vowed I would never go back to the kimball GS again until I heard a new manager came to town. I went today and the manager (Allen) exceeded my expectations. Not only does he have the knowledge to assist me and my son his customer service is top notch. The store is cleaner than I have ever seen. The manager is eye candy!! Don't take my word for it see for yourself.
Had a really bad experience with the Manager of the store would reccomend staying away from this gamestop.
