Steve helped us in the electrical department today. He was very nice and I didn't feel like we were a burden to him. Very helpful and very nice. :)
Was over charged $100 for my washer, had to go to 3 check outs and if it had been for Brenda Raulston waiting on us and finding the mistake we would have left and gone to Home Depot. Thank you Brenda.
It's awful they hire delivery through a third party service I had next day delivery they where supposed to call before they came and did not so no next day the second day they didn't get at my home till lil after 6 pm just to let me know that my fridge was damaged that they promised to put me on a priority list to get my fridge to me by 7:30 to 8 am well still no fridge I called they don't even have us down for delivery we called they don't know nothing about it cause like I said they hire third person delivery and the ones who promised me we was a priority cause We have our Christmas dinner food now laying out ruining didn't let them know anything so we asked for the corporate number because they just kept making excuses so they gave us a num to a Chattanooga store so after calling them they say they can't do nothing that we have to call corporate which was who we where supposed to be calling anyways but the Kimball Lowe's decided make us dance in a circle they are awful and in noway helpful when a mistake is made they just start pointing fingers and making you go in circles until you are losing your mind I even took the old fridge out to help them you know make it easier on em and I sware they have done nothing but make my holiday even harder then it already is not to count all the money in Christmas dinner food ruining cause they said something and done the other horrible store horrible customer service and an all around horrible experience I will do my best to shop at another hardware appliances store..... I would rate it a 0 if I could!

Heather, my sales person was very kind and helpful. But their management and delivery service are the worst on the market. They lied around every turn and their incompetence is astounding. Next time I need an appliance delivered, I will shop elsewhere. These ilk are worthless.
