Wanted to exchange an item the day after I bought it but was told by the lady behind the counter that she didn't know how to do it. And I was asked to come back the next day. I do not blame her but I do blame the management for not training someone on how to do their job but still leaving them in the store by themselves. Not the smartest decision.
