When I rate a hotel, I tend to rate it based on what I paid for what I get.
A great place to stay!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. In fact we saw one of the staff members offer to help two of the younger guests make their waffles.
Our room was clean ,orderly, modern, and had no odors. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel allowed us to bring our pet for an extra $15.
We've stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion, about 6. The rooms are clean, spacious and updated. The check in is good and parking, while tight is good. It's right beside a strip mall so walking to shopping is right there. The continental breakfast is really good, waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit and pastries! Coffee, juice and milk too! Melissa was hustling and really did a great job with upkeep as well as making sure all the guests had everything they needed! Kudos and thanks to Melissa for making our breakfast extra special. The breakfast area too was super clean!! Our 750 mile journey to Florida will be much better because of our experience!! We're coming from the Midwest Chicagoland where the bar is always set a little higher, but this place checked off all the boxes. Holly was there at the night shift and she did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome. We arrived late, so her quick service and bright attitude at such a late hour is appreciated! If you're thinking of staying don't hesitate you're at the best place in town!
This place can accommodate a larger family which is wonderful! Also, Rebecca in the kitchen was incredibly sweet and helpful with gluten free items on the continental breakfast. The place was very clean and easy to find. I would stay again.
Overall, we're very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.
Very Nice for the price!
We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted by Sheli, whom was very friendly and polite. She explained that we were still in Central Time, but let us know that just down the road we would switch to Eastern Time. She also asked if we needed an extended checkout since we came in so late. The room was great - no problems at all, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Their price was also very reasonable. I can see why they had high ratings before, and I too would highly recommend them.
Fairly clean rooms with good prices and great breakfast.
The breakfast that came with our stay was excellent. I spoke with the cook, Rebecca, and she mentioned that she makes sure to have a rotation of different hot foods every day.
