They serve my order wrong, the taco loko was full of lettuce and not meat. The wait time was ridiculous for a saturday at 9:45pm.
This place is disgusting; the cashier was changing the garbage and without washing her hands went to take our order. The restaurant tables was greasy, with smudges and sticky. The place smell like pee, the bathroom was dirty so dirty that it was unsanitary.
I didnt even dare to eat here but my teen didnt care and they just wanted to munch in ANYTHING. Well, overall they should inspect this place, dont blame the employee. Management, Corporate do something before a e-coli or a bacteria get to someone and it not wil be ANYTHING
Food was cold, chalupa was hard as a rock, they were out of beef and nacho cheese, sweet tea was old and tasted like pure syrup. Worse experience ive EVER had at any location!!!!
Went thru drive end .order a big order and it is piled on in. One sack on top each other and of course when you order for a Groupon 6-8 people everything gets mashed .so a box or something else where it don't get mashed would be great...just saying
Couldn't get the order right. I ordered nacho meal got nothing but a bunch of mild salsa packs. I asked for 3 cheese on my nacho meal I got a little souffle cup for .30 charged. Husband goes back in they still charge for the souffle cup of shredded cheese and a bag of broken totilla chips! Ridiculous! Would not eat here again poor service and rations for a meal! I don't complain much about things but this time get your things together and get it rigjt! Not a happy customer!
Windows and doors were filthy. Garbage needs to be emptied and beverage station needed to be wiped down. Taco Bell standards have gone way down.
