Waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive only to find the eggs and pancakes cold as well as the bacon practically RAW! I will definitely NOT RECOMMENDED this cracker barrel to anyone. Manager not helpful at all either. Poor excuse for a good chain.
The waitress was slow,got our order but took 20min to get our food. When we got it my food was cold. I took 3 bites and left it.. we are veey disappointed at this branches service. I still tipped as its Christmas..

8 of us stopped by in Kimball, Tennessee after having played at a Gospel singing at a neighboring restaurant. That restaurant wasn't too "neighborly" . So we came to the Barrel. Everyone was very friendly there, and I even got a hug from my waitress. The food was good and all the employees were so awesome.
