Food was ok, dining room was a mess no clean tables and trash on the floor. Some one should be monitoring the dining area and make sure it's clean. No excuses !!!
Food was excellent. I have had quite a few recent negative fast food experiences lately... this place was on the ball. Excellent food. No wait, during lunch time, yet. Employees were pleasant and professional, food was served quickly and at an excellent value. Best pot pies EVER. I will be back, great stuff. Previous customer reviews mentioned the cleanliness, but today (8/7/17) restaurant dining room, tables, and restrooms were all impeccably clean.
They were quick,but they gave us on each plate old chicken. I had 2 breasts 1 wing my husband had 1 breast and 1 wing, both were extra crispy,but 2 breasts were old you cold tell they were dry. Dissapointing,tables were dirty, they actsd as if they were mad cause we came in. I worked in Bedford,Ind.in 1973 when we firsr opened so I know chicken and the Colonel personally. Was a horrible experience my drink was flat they gave me the wrong food. Then when I pulled out themashed potatoes the loud wasn't all the way on n dumped all in my lap burning my legs n ruining my white shoes n brand new blue jeans. Worset experience Iv had anywhere.
Too complete the order the breasts were dried out and chewy.
Don't know why this store can't get it right but we're done hoping this time will be better.
Bought a 16 piece meal. They had no drumsticks so substituted thighs, which I was fine with but was all original even though I ordered mixed and confirmed that we were getting mixed (yep it's happened before).
